This policy explains which personal data we process, why and for how long. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for our customers in the European Union, on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
- Willow & Co, sole proprietorship, Geneva, Switzerland
- Email: contact@willowandco.ch
The data we process
- Order: name, delivery and billing addresses, email, phone number and order contents, to prepare, ship and invoice your order.
- Payment: it is handled entirely by our provider Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Contact form: first name, email and message, to reply to you.
- Google Customer Reviews: after an order, the confirmation page offers you a short Google survey about your purchase. If you accept, Google receives your email, the order number, the country and the estimated delivery date, and processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can decline without any consequence for your order.
- Newsletter: your email and the date you signed up, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Browsing: we do no advertising tracking. We measure visits to the website with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying visitors: we only see overall figures (pages viewed, country, device type, the site the visit came from). Your browser only keeps your bag, your currency (CHF or EUR) and your language, on your device.
Service providers
- Stripe, for online payment.
- Google (Google Customer Reviews programme), only if you accept the survey offered after your order.
- Cloudflare, for hosting the website, cookie-free visitor statistics and storing messages and sign-ups.
- Swiss Post (Switzerland and Liechtenstein) and Mondial Relay (rest of Europe), which receive your name, address and phone number for delivery.
Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States, with the safeguards provided for by law.
Retention period
Order data is kept for ten years, as required by accounting obligations. Contact form messages are kept for two years. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@willowandco.ch. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, from the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.
