1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on willowandco.ch with:

2. Products
We sell dog accessories: harnesses, collars, leashes, poop bag holders and complete sets. The photos are as accurate as possible; slight variations in colour may occur depending on the screen.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and in euros (EUR) for the other countries we deliver to. We only deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal. No VAT is charged, as the business is not subject to VAT. Delivery costs are shown before payment.
4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
You choose your items, check your bag, then are taken to the secure payment page, where you can still correct your details. The contract is concluded as soon as payment is confirmed. A summary email is then sent to you without delay.
5. Payment
Payment is made online when ordering, by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe.
6. Delivery
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: free from CHF 40, otherwise CHF 7. Estimated time: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal: free from €40, otherwise €9. Estimated time: 4 to 7 working days after dispatch.
Parcels are sent with Swiss Post (Switzerland and Liechtenstein) and Mondial Relay (rest of Europe).
7. Exchanges and returns
You may exchange or return an unworn item, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Please write to us first at contact@willowandco.ch. The refund is made to the payment method used, no later than 14 days after we receive the return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or does not match the order.
Customers in European Union countries: you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt, without having to give a reason.
8. Warranty
Items are covered by the statutory warranty for defects. If an item is defective, write to us with a photo: we will offer a repair, an exchange or a refund. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse, such as bites, are not covered.
9. Your pet's safety
Our accessories are designed for supervised walks. Regularly check their condition and that the size is correctly adjusted, and do not leave your dog unattended wearing a harness or leash.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered office in Geneva, subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers, in particular those of their country of residence.
