The right size for a Maltese
According to our guide, size S suits a Maltese, for a neck circumference of about 25–35 cm. But every dog is different, even within a breed: the safest option is to measure your dog.
- Measure the neck at its base, where the collar sits.
- Leave room for two fingers between the tape and the neck.
- Between two sizes, take the larger one: our harnesses tighten with their adjustment buckles.
Our advice for a Maltese
The Maltese has a long white coat that needs attention: choose washable accessories and check that the hair does not get caught in the buckles. Marco red stands out beautifully against a white coat.
