The right size for a Chihuahua
According to our guide, size S suits a Chihuahua, for a neck circumference of about 22–30 cm. But every dog is different, even within a breed: the safest option is to measure your dog.
- Measure the neck at its base, where the collar sits.
- Leave room for two fingers between the tape and the neck.
- Between two sizes, take the larger one: our harnesses tighten with their adjustment buckles.
Our advice for a Chihuahua
The Chihuahua is the smallest of all dogs: for them, a harness is often more comfortable than a collar, as it spares the neck. Measure carefully, as they are often between XS and S: if in doubt, take the larger size and tighten the buckles.
